- Your deposit may be paid by credit card or a check received within 7 days of making the reservation, all deposits are non-refundable.

- Check out time is 10:00a.m., any late check out with out prior approval will be charged for another day.
- The Ranch at South Fork will not be held responsible for accidents or loss of property.
- NO PETS ALLOWED. Any pets found will be charged $25.00 per day per pet!.
- Cancellations must me made 24 hours prior to you ride in order to receive a refund.
- Cancellations on day of ride will forfeit deposit.
